Our responsibilities
It is committed to providing quality services and doing everything possible to ensure a satisfactory travel experience. This includes the organization of transport, accommodation and excursions, as well as any other activities that have been agreed in the travel package. It is also committed to protecting the security of the passenger's personal data.
Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to ensure a satisfactory travel experience. In addition, the client must comply with all rules and regulations of the tourism service providers, as well as the local laws of the destination.
Reservations and Payments:
Full payment will be required before the start of the trip, as agreed between the client. The agreed prices will be maintained as long as there are no changes to the agreed travel package.
Cancellations and Changes:
Any cancellation or change to the reservation must be notified immediately. Additional charges will apply depending on the cancellation policies of the relevant tour service provider. In the case of tickets to Machu Picchu there are no refunds due to the regulations of the Peruvian state. In the case of trains, changes can be made, but returns are not accepted. For any change in transportation, it is necessary to notify 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations NOT allowed:
Entrance fees to Machu Picchu, trains to Machu Picchu and hotels..
Modifications in transportation and tours:
Can the date of a Transport be modified?
- Yes, as long as it is within 24 hours prior to the start of service.
Can you cancel a transportation or tour and request a refund?
- If you cancel within 15 days before the start of the service, you will have a 15% penalty in payment commission and administrative expenses.
- If you cancel within 5 days before the start of the service, you will have a 30% penalty for payment of commission, administrative and operational expenses.
- If you cancel within 48 hours before the start of the service, you will have a 50% penalty for payment commission, administrative expenses and final operations.
- If you cancel within 24 hours before the start of the service, there is NO refund.
What happens if I don't arrive on time for the transportation or tour?
- It is automatically a NO SHOW and there is NO refund of any money.
Security of personal data:
We are committed to protecting the security of passengers' personal data. This includes protection against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction of passenger personal data. Travel insurance:
It is strongly recommended that the client purchases appropriate travel insurance before commencing the trip to Peru.
Responsibility:
We are not responsible for services provided by third parties or for weather problems.
Important Notice Bus to Hydroelectric:

If the situation is not resolved in time, we will be forced to make an alternative transfer, which will incur an additional charge of 10 soles. These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction of Peru.
