Description

On this tour we will visit the famous Maras salt mines, located in the Sacred Valley, just 50 kilometers from Cusco; the distance between the Maras salt mines and the archaeological site of Moray is only 7 kilometers. Next we will have lunch in Urubamba, and then visit Ollantaytambo and the town of Pisac, famous for its beautiful crafts and its archaeological center.

  • 06.30 / 06.50 hrs: Pick up from your hotel, start of the tour to the Super Sacred Valley of the Incas.
  • 07:40 hrs: Visit to the Chinchero Textile Interpretation Center.
  • 09:30 hrs: Visit to the Moray Agricultural Research Center.
  • 11.00 hrs: Visit to the Salt Mines of the Maras Community.
  • 12.30 hrs: Buffet lunch in the town of Urubamba.
  • 14:00 hrs: Visit to the Ollantaytambo Archaeological Site.
